Integration through Education

Language is important for integration. In our language courses, you will learn German from the very beginning up to the B1 level.

Volkshochschulen not only offer language courses but also promote intercultural exchange and social cohesion.

You can find information in easy German language about integration courses organised by the BAMF here.

For counselling on our integration courses and language examinations, please come to our office hours.

Office hours Integration (Sprechstundenzeiten Integration):

Mondays 15:00 - 17:00

Thursdays 10:00 - 12.00

Please bring these documents with you:

  • Original of the commitment or authorisation to participate in the integration course
  • an identity document
  • If applicable, a notice of benefit from the job centre if you are not exempt from costs. If you are employed, please bring your two most recent payslips.

Please note: Before you can take part in an integration course, you must take a placement test.
